1. Application
The bridge plug is applied for the 9-5/8¡±casing well to bottom layer plugging and selected layer fracturing.

4. Operating procedures
4.1 Wiper trip, scrape and clean well before running.
4.2 Setting operation: Connect the bridge plug with 3-1/2 EUE tubing and then put it into well, inverse well flushing when meet soft resistance, as the string reaches the designed depth, throw a 30 mm ~ 35 mm diameter steel ball,(falling speed of the ball is about 100m/min) inject water and add pressure, if downhole liquid level is lower than the wellhead, the setting pressure will reduce 1*** when the liquid level is 100m lower than the wellhead. The pressuring process should be slow (when the pressure reached to 5¡«6***, 10¡«12 ***, 16¡«18 ***, keep the pressure for 3-5 minutes), when the pressure reached 22 ***, lift string (lift load keep the string original weight) continue to add the pressure until the tool is released, setting and releasing is finished, the string can be pulled out.
4.3 Inspect setting operation: lift the work string 3-5m after the bridge plug is released, then put it down slowly to touch the tool until the inspect work finished, then add the push force to the string, the push load should be less than 50KN. If the tools don¡¯t move, it has been testified t |
